Ok so lets start.

You want an awesome CV.

Here we give you 5 tips that will accelerate your CV!

1. Create a CV that is no boring (Only 1 Page)

When you create your CV think about the moment that the HR or the Manager of your desired position will get your CV on his hands. You want to create something unique that stands out, is beautiful and they will be happy about it.Forget the long 5 pages CVs.Keep it simple. Only one page.Even the best entrepreneurs in this planet, have one page cv. So try to make it only one page and keep only the important things! Here is an example of a well designed CV that everyone would be happy to read.

2. Tailor the CV to the role

A lot of times we see that people create a CV and then they send the same CV on every job that they apply. Remember the HR guy that will read your CV wants to know how you can match each requirement, so be sure that you create a CV specifically for each role. Every CV you send to a potential employee should be tailored to that role so don't be lazy and hope that a general CV will work because it won't. You don't have to re-write the whole CV, just adapt the details and the keywords so they're relevant.

3. Keep your CV updated

Remember that every detail on your CV is important.
Try always to have an updated version of your CV. You will need only some minutes to update it and it is definitely worth it. So review your CV on a regular basis and add any new skills or experience that's missing.

For example, if you've just done some volunteering or worked on a new project, make sure they're on there. Potential employers are always impressed with candidates who go the extra mile to boost their own skills and experience.

4. Keep it (Reverse) Chronological

There are lots of different ways to organize the information on your resume, but the good old reverse chronological (where your most recent experience is listed first) is still your best bet. On the top showcase your resent projects or experience and on the bottom include things from your past such as education and other important things.

5. Use Keywords

Loopcv - Keywords are super important for your CV

It is very important to use keywords in your resume.
Scan the job description, see what words are used most often, and make sure you’ve included them in your bullet points. Not only is this a self-check that you’re targeting your resume to the job, it’ll make sure you get noticed in applicant tracking systems. You are not sure about which words to include? Use a tool like TagCrowd. Copy and paste the job description and the tool will analyze and spit out the most used keywords.
